Michelle Donovan is a mental health consultant dedicated to helping women heal from abuse, overcome pstd and recover from breakups or divorce so they can be their authentic self & find laughter & joy again.

 

Michelle works exclusively with women only, to tailor a unique protocol to transform stress into strength. These techniques help women overcome their mind clutter and master the art of mental chill. It's like daily mental spa treatments for your mind. Offering you the chance to reclaim your headspace and go from stress head to peaceful noggin!
